Sometimes, conflicts arise between our plugin and your theme, or other plugins you wish to use. We try to fix and prevent as many of these as possible, but because there are simply so many different plugins and themes, conflicts cannot always be avoided.
Where a developer is required to fix a conflict, we offer these services only to our existing customers at the following rates:

Once you purchase this please contact us and we will get working to resolve your conflict right away. Usual turnaround time is about 4-7 days, please allow us up to a week to fix it although we will try to get it done as soon as possible
